FIREBALL WHISKY @ Innisfil WinterFest
While
some of us were inside keeping warm the Innisfil annual WinterFest was getting
people outside to enjoy some winter fun and the Fireball crew was there taking part
in all the action! This years event kicked off at 8am with events such as a
Pancake Breakfast at the Lions Hall, Snow Pitch Tournaments, Tylers Fishing
Derby and of course the World Famous Polar Bear Dip! This year two groups were competing in the
Polar Bear Dip, the IceCorp Participants and the Freezin for a Reason
team. Both teams raise funds for local
groups and the Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority. With a competition for the best costume the
Polar Bear Dip swimmers were dressed to impress at this years Innisfil
WinterFest. Costumes were hilarious,
creative and original seeing some people dressed as Titanic, wearing Hawaiian
leis, and feather boas… just to name a few! The Fireball crew would not miss out on such an
awesome day and they were out supporting the swimmers and trying to warm them
up with some Fireball
Whisky and warm Fireball toques.

Warm up
with a SPICED TODDY:
1.5
ounces Fireball
Whisky
1 cup
hot water
5 whole
cloves
0.5
ounces fresh lemon juice
1
cinnamon stick
Fill mug
with hot water, add ingredients and stir!
